Bonnie's mom, know to all as Mimi, made the best southern Pecan Pie. Bonnie and her brothers loved picking off the pecans on top (isn't that the best part?) So we decided to make Mimi's delicious Pecan Pie - Without the Pie! Great for snacking, in salads, and desserts. Everybody's Favorite Bite!!!
